❖ Assist in compilation of preliminary guest list
❖ Theme and design planning.
❖ Assisting with selecting a colour scheme, theme and style of the event venue, guest favors,
cake, food and beverages, props, flower and decoration, emcee, live band, sound system,
photographer, videographer , makeup artist, invitation card and etc.
❖ Assisting accommodation and transportation for out of town guest if any.

Event Actual Day:
❖ Implementation all the tasks and work during planning stages
❖ Preparing agenda of the actual day distribute and brief to all vendors involved
❖ Event actual day on site coordination and supervision of program running
❖ Coordinate all setup work before the event and breakdown work after the event.
❖ Executive decision making concerning any day of issues
